Client: Promise in Brevard

Promise in Brevard is a nonprofit organization in West Melbourne that was designed to provide affordable, independent housing for adults with cognitive and physical disabilities. They incorporate a variety of programs and services that seek to provide a fulfilling life for each of their residents.
Just a few months ago, Promise was preparing for one of their signature fundraising events.
As one of our long-time clients, they came to us with some big plans for their third-annual Runway of Dreams fashion show and luncheon.
This year, they really wanted to capture just how much Promise in Brevard means to residents and their families.
So we ended up creating 18 individual bio videos that would be shown right before each model walked down the runway. This would give guests an opportunity to learn a little more about each resident and what they love most about Promise and to let their personalities shine through.
In addition, we updated their overview video for 2021 that Promise also planned to premiere at the sold-out event.
But we didn’t stop there.
Not only did we record the event itself for families to share, but we also used the footage to create a highlight video for Promise in Brevard to use as promo for next year.
In the end, they were able to raise over $50,000 to directly benefit Promise and their residents.
Overall, we really had two goals for all these videos:
First, we wanted to amp up this year’s Runway of Dreams to make it even more fun for everyone involved.
Second, we wanted to increase awareness for the event so Promise in Brevard can raise even more money next year.
We love working with Promise in Brevard and we love their mission for our community. We really get to see just how much of an impact they’re making every time we get to film with their residents.
