When the City of Cocoa and Cocoa Fire Rescue planned to unveil a fire truck celebrating Cocoa High School’s Tiger Pride, their goal was to create a reveal video that felt just as exciting as the community it represented.
The Campaign & Goal:
Client: City of Cocoa
Creative Format: Cinematic Reveal Video
Target Audience: Local Cocoa residents
The Goal: to reveal their new fire truck, celebrate their community, and encourage people to attend their push-in ceremony.
The Solution:
The city of Cocoa knows their audience, and they knew Friday night football runs deep in the community. Rather than approaching the project like a traditional vehicle reveal, we wanted viewers to feel like they were walking into a Friday night game.
We leaned into short-form video, knowing the format would help the reveal connect with audiences on social media. During production, we shot with a high shutter speed to create a sharper, more energetic look that complemented the sights, sounds, and excitement of game day.
The Results:
The finished video brought together Cocoa Fire Rescue, Cocoa High School, and the broader Cocoa community in a fast-paced reveal designed to capture attention and, more importantly, feel authentic to its audience.
Without any paid advertising placements, the video outperformed their typical organic content by over 1,600% and tripled attendance at the push-in ceremony.

The project also went on to receive three statewide honors from the Florida Public Relations Association:
- Judges’ Award
- Golden Image Award
- Creativity Award
For us, the project is a great example of what happens when creative production starts with understanding the audience. The right format, visual approach, and story can turn a simple reveal into something the entire community wants to be part of.
